The Actiwatch-Score is a standard actiwatch which includes an alarm to prompt patients to enter quantifiable parameters defined by physician. Doctors set alarms to ring randomly or at pre-determined intervals. Unprompted scores are identified as such. No response is recorded as NR.

This innovative instrument combines standard activity monitoring with a numerical rating scale for the patient to record subjective inputs. Programming the desired numerical range is done by the investigator during configuration.
The Actiwatch is worn continuously like a standard wristwatch. It can be worn in the comfort of the patient’s own home, for multiple days and nights. The device is noninvasive and can be worn by most patient populations. It is especially useful in patients who cannot accurately or reliably self-report sleep information. Acitwatch Score requires the Acitreader to communicate with the Actiware software.
