The core of the Equivital system is the new EQ02 Sensor Electronics Module (SEM) weighting only 39grams attaches to the subject via new and imporoved belt. The SEM collects data concerning a wearer's cardio-respiratory status, activity status, thermal status and neurological status. The SEM requires the chest belt or self-adhesive pads to collect data from a wearer.
The Equivital LifeMonitor is a multi-parameter body worn sensor capable of logging and transmitting physiological, psychophysiological and bio-mechanical data.
The Components in Equivital System include:
- SEM(Sensor Electronic Module -Equivital Unit), Belt, Programing/Charging Cable or M-Dock
- Blue Tooth Dongle or Hub(Like a wireless router but receives data from up to 18 Equivital Units, Multiple may be networked)
- Equivital Manager Software- Configuring, Downloading and Exporting Data
- eqView 4 Software- Live viewing of data transmitted by Blue tooth to Dongle or Hub
- eqView Explorer - Hosted Application to View data transmitted from eqView Mobile or customised radio such as TETRA)
- eqView Mobile - Android and Blackberry App to transmit data live to eqView Explorer
